Selected by global IT departments and event operations teams

Why enterprise teams choose Eventtia

Not generic event software. Infrastructure for the brands that set the standard.

Architecture

Built for how enterprise IT actually works.

SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Multi-entity portals where each region, brand, or business unit operates independently under a shared governance layer. IT-integrated deployments that connect to your identity provider, your CRM, and your data warehouse. Your events plug into your systems, not the other way around.

Infrastructure

The most complete event API on the market.

Every event operation is an API endpoint. Registration, attendee management, communications, check-in, analytics. Build custom workflows, embed Eventtia's services into your own digital surfaces (the way Nike did), or let AI agents orchestrate operations through the MCP server. Open by design, documented in depth.

Partnership

We don't sell software. We run events with you.

High-touch implementation with a dedicated technical team. Onboarding that maps to your actual event calendar, not a generic setup wizard. Ongoing support from people who understand your program. The relationship starts before the contract and continues through year three and beyond.

Enterprise capabilities

What enterprise actually means inside the platform.

Nine capabilities, grouped the way enterprise IT and procurement teams evaluate them. Identity. Data. Integration. Each one exists because an enterprise client needed it and we built it to production grade.

Identity & access
01

SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect

Your team logs into Eventtia through your identity provider. No separate credentials, no password resets, no shadow IT. We support Okta, Azure AD, Auth0, Ping, and any standards-compliant IdP.

02

Role-based access

Granular permissions per role. Event operations, marketing, finance, IT each see what they need and nothing else. Define roles globally or scope them to a single brand, region, or event.

03

Multi-entity portals

Each region, brand, or business unit operates independently. Paris, New York, and Tokyo can each run their event programs under a shared governance layer, with one central IT relationship instead of three.

Data & operations
04

Audit logs

Every administrative action is logged. Who created an event, who exported a list, who changed a permission, when, and from which IP. Exportable for compliance reviews and internal investigations.

05

Data residency, EU or US

Eventtia operates with legal entities in Europe and infrastructure available in both the EU and the US. Same platform, same features, whichever side of the Atlantic matches your compliance posture. GDPR-aligned data handling out of the box.

06

White-label experience

The attendee sees your brand. Never Eventtia. Registration pages, confirmation emails, the event website, the mobile app, badge printing. For luxury brands this isn't optional, it's the minimum.

Integration & extensibility
07

API-first, webhooks, real-time sync

Every operation is an API endpoint. Build custom workflows, embed Eventtia into your own digital surfaces (the way Nike did), or push events into your CRM and data warehouse in real time. Open by design, documented in depth.

08

MCP server for AI agents

The first open Model Context Protocol server for event management. Your AI agents can create events, manage registrations, pull analytics, and orchestrate operations natively, without bespoke integration work.

09

Multilingual at scale

Native multilingual support across the full platform. French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, more. Not a translation layer bolted on; the data model, the forms, the communications all handle multiple languages as a first-class concern.

Architecture

How Eventtia plugs into your stack.

Identity through your IdP. Data into your CRM and warehouse. Brand-owned touchpoints for every attendee. Eventtia sits as event infrastructure in the middle, not as another silo on the side.

No new silo. No proprietary login your team has to remember. No data lock-in. Eventtia operates inside your environment, not parallel to it.

In production

Programs you've heard of, running on Eventtia.

Four examples. The shape of the relationship matters more than the headline metric. Pick the one that looks like your situation.

Headless infrastructure behind Nike.com, the iOS app, and the Android app.

Nike's global IT department embedded Eventtia as event infrastructure across three digital surfaces. Attendees register inside Nike-branded surfaces and never see Eventtia. Integration completed in under 90 days.

5,000+ events per year

White-label deployment across global maison events.

Boutique invitations, high-jewelry previews, brand experiences across regions. Every attendee touchpoint carries the Cartier identity. Multilingual across the program by default.

Global maison program

Alpha Universe events, embedded on sony.com.co.

Sony Latin America runs the Alpha Universe creator program on Eventtia. Workshops, photo walks, ambassador talks across the region. The events portal lives on sony.com.co, fully branded as Sony. The engine doesn't show.

Multi-country LATAM creator community

Multi-brand activations across the portfolio.

Trade events, brand experiences, on-trade activations across the Pernod Ricard portfolio. Each brand keeps its identity. Central IT keeps the governance and the data.

Multi-entity governance

Many brands. Many regions. One governance layer.

When the holding company runs IT and the brands run events, the platform has to serve both. Each entity gets its own portal, its own users, its own attendee data. Central IT keeps the access policies, the audit trail, the data standards.

Adding a new brand to the program means adding an entity, not deploying a new platform.

Implementation

What working with us actually looks like.

No setup wizard. No "your CSM will be in touch." An implementation team that maps the platform to your event calendar, configures the integrations, and stays with you after launch.

Your team owns
  • Program decisions. Calendar, audience strategy, brand standards, what the attendee experience should feel like.
  • Content. Copy, imagery, sponsor materials, agendas, speaker bios.
  • Internal stakeholders. Marketing, brand, legal, IT sign-offs on your side.
  • Approval gates. Final review of templates, registration flows, and communications before they go live.
Eventtia owns
  • Technical configuration. SSO setup, IdP integration, role mapping, data residency selection.
  • Training & handover. Your event ops team walks into the platform already knowing how to run it.
  • Ongoing partnership. Quarterly reviews, priority support, a roadmap that reflects your program.
Enterprise support

What working with us actually buys you.

Not a tier. A relationship. Here's what that looks like in practice.

  • Priority response. When something matters, the people who build the platform are the people who pick up. No queue, no escalation maze.
  • A dedicated account team. A named CSM and technical contact who know your program, your stakeholders, your event calendar. Not a shared pool, not a ticketing handoff.
  • Quarterly business reviews. Not a status report. A working session on what shipped, what's coming, what your program needs next.
  • Roadmap influence. Most of what exists in the platform today exists because an enterprise customer asked for it. Yours sit in the same queue, with the same weight.
  • Custom SLAs on serious deployments. For embedded and headless implementations, uptime and response commitments are written into the contract, scoped to your specific posture rather than picked from a menu.
The platform

The full operational arc. Enterprise-ready.

From the first registration form to the last analytics report. Every module is production-grade, API-exposed, and built for programs that run hundreds of events a year.

FAQ

What procurement always asks.

Where can our attendee data be hosted?

You choose. Eventtia operates with legal entities in Europe and infrastructure in both the EU and the US. Same platform, same features, whichever side of the Atlantic matches your compliance posture. GDPR-aligned data handling applies in both regions.

How does Eventtia integrate with our identity provider?

SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, both standards-compliant. We've integrated with Okta, Azure AD, Auth0, Ping, and a long list of custom IdP setups inside enterprise IT. SSO configuration is part of the implementation our team owns.

Can your IT review your security posture before we sign?

Yes. We share our security documentation under NDA with prospective enterprise clients, including our data handling, encryption posture, access controls, and current roadmap on certifications. We're transparent about what we have today and what we're building toward.

What's the SLA for enterprise customers?

Response and resolution scale to issue priority. High Priority (a full outage or anything blocking a live event): 15-minute response, 1-hour resolution target. Medium Priority (the platform is usable but materially degraded): 30-minute response, 2-hour resolution. Low Priority (inconvenience with a workaround): 1-hour response, 2-5 day resolution. Support runs in English, Spanish, and French. Live events get elevated priority automatically. For embedded and headless deployments where Eventtia powers your own digital surfaces, the SLA is written into the contract and scoped to your specific posture rather than picked from a menu. The full SLA is at eventtia.com/service-level-agreement.

What happens if something goes wrong during a live event?

Live events are a defined priority case in our SLA. Anything blocking the correct development of the event is treated as High Priority by default, with a 15-minute response target and the technical team mobilized immediately. The condition is that the issue is reported to support in real time; problems flagged after the event closes can't be remediated retroactively. For enterprise customers running concurrent or recurring events, the dedicated CSM stays in the loop on event days.

Can we trial Eventtia without a full contract?

For enterprise evaluations, yes. We typically scope a proof-of-concept around one real event in your program, with our implementation team configuring the platform to your actual brand and operational constraints. It's a lower-risk way to evaluate fit than a generic free trial.

Who owns the implementation?

Eventtia owns the technical configuration (SSO setup, IdP integration, role mapping, data residency selection) and training and handover. Your team owns the program decisions, content, internal stakeholders, and approval gates. CRM connections, template build-out, and other system integrations are scoped per engagement — sometimes we do them, sometimes your team does, often a mix. We don't believe in self-service onboarding for enterprise customers; the cost of getting it wrong is too high.

What integrations are available out of the box?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Mailchimp, Zapier, WhatsApp Business, Slack, Stripe, Adyen, and several CMS and data-warehouse destinations. Anything not on the list is reachable via REST API, webhooks, or the MCP server.

How do you handle multiple languages across our regions?

As a first-class concern, not a translation layer. The data model carries language variants at every relevant level: events, forms, attendee fields, communications, mobile app, registration pages. Pierre Fabre runs across 130 countries on this; the operational quality doesn't change with the language.

Can we provision and de-provision users automatically?

Through your IdP. When a user is deactivated in your identity provider, their Eventtia access ends with it. SCIM provisioning is supported for organizations that need automated user-lifecycle sync.

What happens if we want to migrate away?

You own your data. We export the full attendee history, event data, communications history, and analytics in standard formats whenever you ask. No retention fees, no export charges. Enterprise relationships are built on the assumption that you can leave; that's what makes them worth staying in.

The agentic era

Event software that AI can actually use.

Eventtia is building the open event infrastructure for the agentic era. A complete API surface that AI agents, custom workflows, and integrated systems can operate natively. The first open MCP server for event management.
