The event app

Not a directory. Where your attendees spend the event.

Networking, live engagement, agenda, social, sponsors. One branded surface, in your attendees' language. Ships as a web app by default. Available as a native app with push notifications when an event needs it.

How it works

The event app, end to end. From the first tap to the last connection.

Five surfaces where attendees spend the event: networking, live engagement, agenda, social, sponsors. Each one is a real place in the app, not a tab in a directory.

01 · Program

Every attendee's own live agenda.

The program lives as a real calendar, not a PDF. Sessions carry their time, location, and whether the attendee is registered. Speakers have proper bios with photos and roles. Tap through calendar, list, speaker lineup, and individual profiles — every view is the same data, refreshed from the same source of truth.

  • Four views, one source. Calendar, list, speaker lineup, speaker profile — all in the app.
  • Your schedule, highlighted. Sessions you're registered to fill with color; the rest stay quiet, with a tap to register.
  • Session registration. Pre-event or in-the-moment, with capacity tracking.
  • Speaker pages. Photo, role, full biography, linked sessions.

02 · Connect

The room, made searchable.

The attendee directory has photos, companies, roles, and attendee-type badges. Tap a profile to start a private chat or request someone's contact info. Most enterprise event apps treat networking as a phone book; this one treats it as a working room you can navigate at speed.

  • Searchable directory. Filter by company, attendee type, or name.
  • Profile-to-chat. From a profile to a conversation in two taps.
  • Private and group chats. Per-attendee messaging plus shared channels.
  • Type-aware. Speakers, VIPs, sponsors, and general attendees are visually distinct.

03 · Engage live

The room talks back. Questions, surveys, social posts.

During a keynote, attendees ask questions from their phones; the speaker sees them sorted by recency or by upvotes. Live polls run mid-session and tally in real time on the main screen. Surveys fire automatically after a session ends. A social wall scoped to the event lets attendees share moments and react to each other. Engagement is something the room does, not something the organizer chases by email three days later.

  • Live Q&A. Attendees submit questions per session, sorted by recent or by likes.
  • Live polls and surveys. Run mid-session or after; tally on the main screen.
  • Social wall. Event-scoped newsfeed for photos and posts, moderated by your team.
  • Reactions. Hearts and upvotes on questions, posts, and polls.

Great conference. So many new ideas and people to learn from.

04 · Lead retrieval

Scan a badge. The lead lands in My Leads.

Sponsors and exhibitors scan attendee badges from the same app — no rented hardware, no separate kit, no manual transcription. Each scan creates a lead with name, company, role, email, and phone. The data lands in a "My Leads" inbox, ready to export to CSV or push into a CRM. Attendees stay in control: nothing is captured unless they show their QR.

  • No rental hardware. The scanner runs on any phone with the Eventtia app.
  • Personal event QR. Every attendee carries a QR card with their event identity.
  • Attendee opt-in. A lead only exists because the attendee chose to share their QR.
  • CRM-ready export. CSV download, or push to HubSpot, Salesforce, and others via API.

05 · Sponsors

Sponsors get a page, not a logo on a wall.

Sponsors appear in a directory and open to a real branded page with banner, description, web link, and contact actions. Each sponsor gets their own surface inside the app — not a logo on the rotation, a destination. Exhibitors get the same machinery. For brand-led events, this is where the sponsor relationship lives in your attendees' hands.

  • Branded sponsor pages. Banner, description, links, contact actions, team profiles.
  • Searchable directory. Attendees find sponsors by tier, category, or name.
  • Tiered visibility. Headline sponsors, supporting, partner — your hierarchy, your call.
  • Exhibitor parity. Same pages, same surfaces, scaled for trade-show booths.

Web first, native on demand

Two shipping modes. The right one for the event.

Eventtia ships the event app primarily as a web app: no install, works on every device, deploys in minutes. When an event specifically needs an App Store presence with push notifications, the same product ships as a native app, fully white-labeled.

Add-on

Native app

For events that need a dedicated App Store presence: a fully white-labeled native app you publish under your own developer account, with push notifications, offline access, and platform-specific features.

  • Custom App Store and Google Play presence
  • Push notifications, scoped to your event audience
  • Offline-tolerant attendee flows
  • Quoted per program; not in the base Essential plan
