The Eventtia platform

Every part of your event, on one connected platform.

Five core modules run the lifecycle end to end — event pages, registration, communications, check-in, analytics. Optional add-ons clip on when an event needs them: matchmaking, the attendee app, virtual, and an open API built for AI agents. One system, one attendee record. The platform behind Cartier, Nike, and Sony.

The world's most demanding brands run on one platform.

Cartier, Nike, Sony, and Tiffany & Co. — plus universities, associations, and agencies — run their programs on one connected system, not a stack of stitched-together tools.

One system, not a suite

Most event tools are a bundle. Eventtia is a platform.

A suite is separate products sharing a logo. A platform is one system sharing one attendee record — so your data flows instead of being exported, synced, and reconciled. That difference is the whole point.

One attendee record

A single shared database under every module. A registration becomes a check-in record, drives the messages that person receives, and lands in your analytics — no exports, no overnight syncs, no spreadsheets to reconcile.

Composable

Five core modules run the lifecycle for nearly every event. Add-ons — matchmaking, the attendee app, virtual & hybrid — clip on per event, only when the format calls for them. One contract; you grow into modules instead of buying a suite you don't use.

Open & agentic

Every module is exposed through an open REST API with webhooks — plus the first open MCP server for event management. Your own systems, and AI agents, read event data and run operations directly. It's how Nike embedded Eventtia across Nike.com and their apps.

The difference

A suite makes you the integration. A platform does it for you.

A stack of tools
  • A registration tool, a badge printer, an email tool, an app — each bought on its own.
  • Data moved between them by export, import, and overnight sync.
  • Spreadsheets reconciled by hand before anyone trusts a report.
  • Six logins, six contracts, six support queues.
  • The same attendee is a different row in every system.
One platform
  • Every module on one system, switched on as the event needs it.
  • Data flows the moment it's captured — no exports, no syncs.
  • Reports run on live data, on demand.
  • One login, one contract, one team that knows your program.
  • One attendee record, shared by everything.
One record, end to end

Follow one attendee through the whole system.

No handoffs between tools. The same record is captured once and used everywhere — from the first click to the post-event report.

  1. STEP 01 Register Sara signs up on your event page. One attendee record is created.
  2. STEP 02 Check-in She scans in at the door. The same record logs her arrival — no re-entry.
  3. STEP 03 Communications The sessions she picked trigger her reminders — sent from that same record.
  4. STEP 04 Analytics Her full journey lands in your report on live data. Nothing exported, nothing synced.

"The killer feature: I'm not locked into a single event. I pay for a pack of attendees and features and run as many events as I need — and the team stayed engaged with the success of mine."

Common questions

The platform, answered.

Do I have to use every module, or can I start with a few?

Start with what your program needs. The core modules are built to work together, but you don't have to switch them all on day one — many teams begin with registration and check-in, then add event pages, communications, and analytics as they go. One platform, one contract; you grow into the modules instead of buying a suite you don't use yet.

What's the difference between the core modules and the add-ons?

The five core modules — event pages, registration, communications, check-in, and analytics — run the event lifecycle and are on for nearly every event. The add-ons — matchmaking, the attendee mobile app, and virtual & hybrid — switch on per event, only when the format calls for them. Same platform, same attendee data; the add-ons just extend what a given event can do.

Is it really one system, or separate tools under one brand?

One system. A single attendee record flows through every module: a registration becomes a check-in record, drives the communications that person receives, and lands in the post-event analytics — no exports, no overnight syncs, no reconciling spreadsheets. One shared database is the difference between a suite of tools and a platform.

Can I switch on an add-on for a single event?

Yes. A buyer-supplier summit turns on matchmaking; a global keynote turns on virtual & hybrid; an attendee-heavy conference ships the mobile app — while the rest of your calendar runs on the core. You're not re-platforming for one event, and you're not paying for an add-on on the events that don't use it.

What's the "Agentic API," and why does a platform need one?

Every module is exposed through an open REST API with webhooks, plus the first open MCP server for event management. Your own systems — and AI agents — can read event data and run operations directly: create events, manage registrations, pull analytics. It's how Eventtia plugs into your stack (the way Nike embedded it across Nike.com and their apps) instead of becoming another silo.

How does pricing work if I only use part of the platform?

Pricing is by attendee volume and the modules you actually use — and it's published, so you can size it yourself on /pricing. Start on the core and add modules as your program grows. The license is twelve months and includes implementation, support, and upgrades; high-volume or multi-entity setups get a custom quote, usually a short call to scope.
