One platform across every business unit.

Pernod Ricard. Sony. Pierre Fabre. EF Education First. Inside a corporation, events don't live in one team — they live in HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, every regional ops team. Eventtia gives each its own portal under a single governance layer that IT controls.

The common thread

Many teams, one platform.

Corporate events don't live in one department. They live in HR (all-hands, training, recognition), Sales (kickoffs, customer summits), Marketing (product launches, user conferences), Customer Success (user groups, advisory boards), regional ops, every business unit. Most platforms force you to pick one of those teams as the customer. Eventtia gives each its own portal under a shared governance layer.

  • 01

Each business unit gets its own portal — branding, users, programs — independent and self-serve.

  • 02

IT consolidates: one contract, one SSO, one security review, one data policy.

  • 03

Programs roll up to central reporting — activity across every BU, no spreadsheet herding.

Use cases

Six shapes of corporate event. One platform.

From the annual SKO to the weekly training cohort, the program shapes corporations actually run — internal, external, hybrid, all on the same engine.

Sales kickoff & field events

Sales kickoffs across regions and roles.

Annual SKOs running 3,000 to 10,000 sellers across regions, often hybrid. Tier-gated by role (AEs, SEs, CSMs, channel partners) so each audience sees the right agenda. Region-aware content delivery, mobile app with personalized schedules, post-event certification flows. The same platform handles the main stage, the breakouts, the certifications, and the post-mortem — the field team doesn't switch tools mid-program.

02 / Internal

Town halls & all-hands.

CEO updates, leadership Q&As, recognition moments. Hybrid by default for a distributed workforce. SSO-gated to employees only. Communications branded across each business unit.

03 / Customer

Customer summits & user conferences.

Annual flagships for the customer base. Marketing-owned, coordinated with Sales and CS. Multi-track programs, networking, content libraries, exhibitor management. The full stack, branded as the company.

04 / Partners

Partner & channel summits.

Channel summits, certified-reseller programs, partner advisory boards. Invitation-only by default, often regional, tier-gated by partner level.

05 / Leadership

Leadership offsites & exec programs.

Small, confidential programs for senior leadership and the board. Password-protected pages, invitation-only access, custom approval workflows.

06 / Enablement

Training & enablement programs.

Continuous internal training across regions. Cohort-based registration, completion tracking, post-event communications. Per-region scheduling, per-role content.

The defining capability

Multi-BU portal architecture: every team independent, IT in control.

Inside an enterprise the size of Pernod Ricard or Pierre Fabre, "events" happens in fifteen places at once — spirits brands running trade events, dermo-cosmetics divisions running HCP congresses, regional HR teams running all-hands, central comms running global town halls. Most event platforms force you to pick one of those teams as the customer; the rest get a clunky workaround or a second contract. Eventtia gives each business unit its own portal under a shared governance layer. Each portal has its own brand, its own admin users, its own programs. The IT contract is one. The SSO is one. The security review happens once. Central reporting filters by BU and by program; nothing flattens.

Why corporations choose Eventtia

Three things that matter for multi-BU organizations.

01

Each business unit moves at its own pace.

HR doesn't wait for Sales. Marketing doesn't wait for Customer Success. Each team's portal is theirs — branded, configured, staffed independently. No central event team becomes the bottleneck for fifteen parallel programs across the org. The teams that need to ship ship; the central function provides infrastructure, not a queue.

02

IT consolidates governance without throttling teams.

One vendor contract instead of four. One SSO integration (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace). One security review and DPA. One data retention policy that satisfies legal across regions. Central IT keeps oversight; departments keep autonomy. Procurement reviews the relationship once, not every time a team picks up an event tool on a corporate card.

03

Programs roll up to central reporting.

Comms, IT, and leadership see activity across every business unit — registrations, attendance patterns, post-event satisfaction, content engagement — without asking four teams for spreadsheets. The data model carries the BU and the program; reporting filters along both. Export through the API for the corporate data warehouse.

In production

Multi-brand groups, running on Eventtia.

Trade events across the brand portfolio.

Multiple brands, multiple regions. Each brand keeps its identity in front of trade audiences; central marketing keeps the data. Pernod Ricard runs trade events across the portfolio on one platform.

Multi-brand portfolio program

Congresses across brands and divisions.

Pierre Fabre runs HCP congresses, brand-led customer events, and internal scientific meetings across a multi-division portfolio. One IT relationship, division-level portals, central data retention.

Multi-division healthcare group

Regional programs across business units.

Alpha Universe creator community, B2B partner events, corporate communications. Different teams, different audiences — one platform across the Latin American group. Teams operate independently; central IT keeps the contract simple.

Multi-country LATAM group

Education programs across regions.

EF Education First runs language-immersion events, recruiter summits, and student programs across geographies. Each operating company on the same engine, regional teams in control of their own programs.

FAQ

What corporate IT and operations always ask.

How do business units operate independently on a single platform?

Through multi-entity portal architecture. Each business unit gets its own portal with its own admin users, its own branding, its own programs. Sales doesn't see HR's events; HR doesn't see Marketing's. Each team configures its own attendee types, custom fields, and communication templates without touching anyone else's setup. The shared governance layer above lets central IT control authentication, data retention, and contracts — without throttling what individual teams ship. Detail on the enterprise page.

SSO across departments — Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace?

Yes. SAML 2.0 and OIDC supported; tested integrations with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and OneLogin. Group claims and role mapping from your identity provider drive per-BU access, so a Sales admin sees the Sales portal and an HR admin sees the HR portal automatically. Just-in-time provisioning supported. The SSO contract is one across all BUs.

Can central IT see all activity across every business unit?

Yes. The data model carries the BU and the program at every level — events, attendees, registrations, communications, payments. Central admins with the right role see the full rollup: which BUs are active, how many programs are running, attendance trends, post-event satisfaction. Export via the API to your corporate data warehouse for richer cross-BU analysis. BU admins still see only their own BU; central admins see across.

Procurement — one contract or per BU?

One contract. The pricing model handles multi-BU usage under a single master agreement, with attribution rules so internal chargeback works the way your finance team wants it to. One DPA, one SLA, one security review. Departments don't run separate purchase orders; procurement reviews the relationship once.

White-label per business unit — can HR look different from Sales?

Yes — each portal carries its own brand assets, custom domains, palette, and email sender configuration. HR's all-hands look like HR; Sales's customer summit looks like Sales (or the customer-facing brand for that audience). No team is forced into a corporate template; central comms can still set design guardrails through the master portal if they want.

Hybrid and virtual production — is this built in?

Yes. Studio (the production console for hybrid events) and Virtual Stage (the branded virtual event surface) are native modules, not third-party stitches. The same registration, communications, and analytics that handle the in-person side handle the remote side. No second contract with a separate webinar vendor; no two-system reconciliation after the event. Detail on the virtual & hybrid page.

Data ownership, retention, and residency?

You're the controller; Eventtia is the processor. Per-BU retention policies supported — HR retains employee data on a different schedule than Marketing retains customer-event data. EU and Latin American hosting available to satisfy regional data residency. Full export via CSV, XLS, and REST API at any time. We don't share or sell attendee data. Operational detail in the SLA; legal basis in the privacy policy.

Does Eventtia integrate with our CRM, HRIS, and corporate data warehouse?

Through an open integration model. Zapier handles the major SaaS connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, BambooHR, Mailchimp) without custom development. For deeper sync — tying event attendance into the customer record, the employee record, or the corporate warehouse — the REST API and webhooks let your team build the exact mapping you need. API page has the detail.

What's the implementation like for an org with multiple BUs?

High-touch. For organizations of Pernod Ricard or Pierre Fabre scale, an Eventtia integration team works with central IT, security, and the BU leads from architecture review through go-live. SSO setup, per-BU portal provisioning, custom domains, brand assets per division, regional payment processors, data retention policies. Typical timeline is 60 to 90 days from kickoff to first live event on a foundational BU; subsequent BUs onboard in two to four weeks once the central architecture is set.
