Eventtia for Industries · Nº 01 Retail & Luxury

The platform behind the world's brand-led programs.

The common thread

Events that belong to your brand, not to a marketplace.

These brands aren't competing for discovery in a public marketplace. They're orchestrating curated experiences for invited audiences. The platform's job is to disappear behind the brand.

  • 01

White-label across every visible touchpoint, as deep as the brand needs it.

  • 02

Parallel programs across all your markets, run from one central operation.

  • 03

Same platform: a 50-person private preview, a 10,000-person brand activation.

Use cases

Six shapes of event. One platform.

From the smallest VIP boutique evening to the largest global activation — the patterns we see across retail and luxury programs.

High-jewelry & collection previews

Private previews for top clients and trade partners.

Invitation-only, branded registration with approval gating. Tier-aware so high-net-worth clients see one flow and trade partners see another. Multi-language when the event calls for it. The guest list updates in real time for the brand's team — who's confirmed, who's flagged, who's accompanied by a plus-one. Backstage, calm; on stage, the brand.

02 / Boutique

Flagship & boutique openings.

Store openings across regions, each with its own date, capacity, attendee mix. Same parent program, its own event page for each city. Local language, local timing, central reporting.

03 / VIP

VIP boutique evenings.

Intimate evenings for top clients. Tier-gated invitations so only the right audience receives the link. Custom fields capture preferences.

04 / Programs

Ambassador & creator programs.

Long-term relationships with ambassadors, athletes, creators, KOLs. The platform remembers them across the program, not just per event.

05 / Trade

Sales & partner kickoffs.

Internal kickoffs, regional sales conferences, partner activations. Customer events keep the full brand treatment; internal ones can be quick and regional.

06 / Scale

Large-scale brand activations.

When the brand goes public — product launches, festivals, music or sport activations — the same platform scales to 10,000+ attendees without switching tools.

The defining capability

Slot-based registration: appointment-only access, handled natively.

Across most of these use cases, what looks like an "event" is really a sequence of curated appointments. Four people in the high-jewelry vault between 14:00 and 15:00. One personal shopper per 30-minute window. The atelier handles 12 fittings a day, by appointment only. The same mechanic scales up to public-facing brand exhibitions — a Van Cleef L'École show in Singapore, Nike's Art of Victory — where the experience is open to the public but visitors book a timed slot so the room stays legible. Attendees pick a window during registration, capacity is enforced per slot, and the team sees the day organized by appointment — each attendee's preferences attached.

Why retail & luxury brands choose Eventtia

Three things that matter for brand-led programs.

01

The attendee sees your brand. Never us.

White-label across registration pages, confirmation emails, the event website, the mobile app, badge printing, even the URL. Custom domains and subdomains. For luxury and prestige retail this isn't optional — it's the minimum. Eventtia's name appears nowhere the attendee can see.

02

One central engine for all your brands.

Multi-entity portal architecture so each brand, region, or boutique operates independently under a shared IT governance layer. Paris, New York, Tokyo, Dubai each run their own programs in their own languages without three or four separate vendor relationships. Cartier runs its global brand program on this exact architecture; Sony Latin America runs the Alpha Universe creator community across multiple countries the same way.

03

Private by default. Scalable when needed.

Invitation-only registration is the norm here, not the exception. Approval workflows for tier-gated access. Password-protected pages for unannounced launches. Custom attendee fields for client preferences. But the same platform scales when an activation goes public to 10,000+ — without changing tools.

FAQ

What retail and luxury brand teams always ask.

Can we run private, invitation-only events without any public discovery?

Yes — that's the default posture for most of our retail and luxury customers. Registration pages can be password-protected, hidden from search engines, and limited to invited email addresses. Tier-gated invitations send a personalized link to each invitee; access without the link returns a clean "this event is invitation only" page. Nothing about the event surfaces publicly unless you choose to surface it.

How does white-label really work? Is Eventtia visible anywhere to attendees?

The attendee should never see Eventtia. White-label covers the registration page (custom domain, custom branding), the confirmation email (sent from your sender domain, your design), the event website (your domain, your design), the mobile app (your brand identity), and badge printing (your logo). For luxury maisons we go further: the URLs an attendee sees in their browser bar, the sender name in their inbox, the badge they receive at the door — all carry the brand. Eventtia's name appears only in the admin tools your team uses internally.

We run a multi-brand program. How is that handled?

Through multi-entity portal architecture. Each brand, region, or business unit gets its own portal with its own branding, its own user permissions, its own programs — under a shared governance layer that central IT controls. Paris, New York, Tokyo, Dubai each run their own programs without three or four separate vendor relationships. Pernod Ricard runs trade-partner events across the entire portfolio this way; each brand keeps its identity, central IT keeps the data. Detail on the enterprise page.

Can the same event have different tiers with different approval flows?

Yes. Each attendee type carries its own form, its own price (if any), its own approval rules, its own custom fields. VIP and by-invitation tiers go through review before they take payment or confirm. Press, trade partners, and general attendees can each follow a different flow within the same event. The brand team sees pending approvals in the admin with the relevant attendee fields visible for the decision.

Multi-language: how deep does it go?

As a first-class concern, not a translation layer. The data model carries language variants at every relevant level: events, forms, attendee fields, communications, the mobile app, registration pages. European, Asian (including Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) and Arabic scripts are all supported. Right-to-left scripts and CJK character sets are handled natively, not bolted on. The operational quality doesn't change with the language.

Who owns the attendee data — us or Eventtia?

You do. Eventtia is the data processor; you are the controller. Critically for luxury brands: attendee preferences, purchase history (if synced from your retail system), and event behavior all stay yours. We don't share or sell attendee data with anyone. Full export via CSV, XLS, or the API at any time. Legal basis in the privacy policy; operational handling in the SLA.

Does Eventtia integrate with our CRM and our retail systems?

Through an open integration model. Zapier connects Eventtia to the major CRMs out of the box (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Mailchimp, the long tail) without custom development. For deeper sync — tying event attendance to client records in your retail system — the REST API and webhooks let your team build the exact mapping you need. API page has the detail.

What's the implementation like for a global luxury program?

High-touch. For programs running at global scale, an Eventtia integration team works with your IT, brand and operations teams from architecture review through go-live. SSO setup, custom domains per region, brand assets per entity, regional payment processors, multilingual data model. Typical timeline is 60 to 90 days from kickoff to first live event. The goal is to map the platform to your governance model, not to drop you in front of a setup wizard.

Can we use Eventtia for in-store openings as well as larger brand activations?

Yes — same platform, different shape. A 50-person boutique opening uses the same registration engine, communication tools, and check-in app as a 10,000-person brand activation. Capacity-windowed pricing, waitlists, per-session caps, and approval workflows are configured per event. Your team learns one set of tools and uses them across the program.

Let's talk about your program.

Whether you're running boutique evenings for top clients, multi-brand activations across regions, or anything between — an Eventtia conversation starts with your program shape, not a generic demo.
