The common thread

For the people whose product is an event.

For most companies, an event is a marketing channel. For the customers on this page, the event is the product. Their P&L depends on filling the venue, closing the sponsors and giving the attendee community a reason to come back next year. That changes what matters. The calendar is recurring. Attendee data is a compounding asset, not a lead list. Sponsors are first-class objects, not an afterthought. And the same organization often runs several event shapes in parallel: a B2B congress in the spring, a consumer fair in the autumn, an awards ceremony to close the year. Eventtia is built for that shape of work: the full event-business operation on one platform, a recurring calendar that compounds year over year, multi-format circuits under one operational footprint.

  • 01

The full event-business operation on one platform. Registration, communications, on-site check-in, sponsor programs, analytics. The whole P&L cycle of an event, on one engine.

  • 02

A recurring calendar that compounds. Past attendee data carries forward from one edition to the next, so returning cohorts don't re-register from scratch and sponsor relationships build across years.

  • 03

Multi-format circuits under one operational footprint. Industry congresses, consumer fairs, awards ceremonies, multi-city rollouts. Same platform, same team, different program shapes.

Use cases

Six shapes of event business. One platform.

From the flagship annual congress to the multi-city consumer fair to the industry awards ceremony, the program shapes an independent event organizer actually runs, all on the same engine.

Recurring congresses

Annual industry congresses and professional summits.

The flagship recurring event. The one the community shows up for every year. Paid registration with tier pricing (early bird, regular, on-site), returning-attendee flows that recognize last year's cohort, sponsors with their own profile pages and their own team registrations, multi-day agenda across parallel tracks, networking that surfaces the right conversations, and the analytics that let the events team price sponsorship packages and prove ROI to sponsors edition after edition.

02 / B2B congresses

B2B congresses with sponsor programs.

Professional-sector congresses funded partly through sponsor programs. Tiered sponsors with visibility rules on the event page, communications and app, sponsor-configured profile pages, participant registration under each sponsor account, and on-site lead capture that flows into a sponsor-facing report.

03 / Consumer fairs

Consumer fairs and public expos.

Public-facing fairs where volume matters. High-throughput registration, ticket sales with promo codes, family and group tickets, on-site check-in built for peak hours, and the analytics event organizers need to price next year's floor space.

04 / Awards ceremonies

Industry awards and recognition programs.

Submission, judging and gala flows for annual awards. Category management, nomination intake, judging panels, sponsor visibility across the program.

05 / Multi-city circuits

Multi-city rollouts of a recurring franchise.

Same event brand, different cities, different weeks. Central operations at the franchise level, local registration per city, cross-edition attendee data, and one platform holding the whole circuit.

06 / Community events

Media community events and reader gatherings.

Industry media running paid events for their subscriber and reader base. Member-tier discounts, community verification, editorial-programmed sessions, and the audience data the media business builds on.

The defining capability

The event-business operation on one platform.

A company whose product is an event doesn't need an event tool. It needs an operational platform. Registration and ticketing that hold the revenue side. Sponsor programs that hold the commercial side. On-site check-in that holds the day-of experience. Analytics that hold the story you tell sponsors when it's time to renew. Merca2.0 unified a community of 10,000+ marketing professionals across its recurring congress program. CMS Eventos runs a multi-country franchise of senior finance forums across Europe, LATAM and Brasil: same brand, same operational spine, different cities. Expomedia carries 30 years of recurring salons and congress-expos on the same platform: professional-sector events and consumer fairs across the French map, each one a business in its own right. Same underlying pattern: the event is the product, and the platform is what makes running it profitable.

Why event organizers choose Eventtia

Three things that matter when the event is your product.

01

The full event-business operation on one platform.

Running an event as a business means running the whole P&L cycle: paid registration and ticket tiers, sponsor programs with profile pages and lead capture, on-site check-in built for the actual attendance you get, sponsor visibility on the day, and analytics that tell the story of ROI when renewal season starts. Most platforms cover one or two of those and leave the rest to spreadsheets and email. Eventtia covers the whole cycle on one engine, so the events team isn't stitching together three tools to run the business.

02

A recurring calendar that compounds year over year.

The value of an event business isn't this edition. It's the community that comes back next year and the year after. Eventtia treats attendee data as a compounding asset: past registrants carry forward, returning cohorts don't re-enter their details from scratch, sponsor relationships hold across editions, and the audience database grows into a business asset the events team owns. The next edition doesn't start from zero.

03

Multi-format circuits under one operational footprint.

The same organization often runs several event shapes in parallel: a B2B congress, a consumer fair, an awards ceremony, an industry summit rolled out across cities. Each format has its own registration flow, its own audience, its own sponsor logic. Eventtia holds them all under one account, so the operations team doesn't switch platforms to switch programs. The circuit runs on one operational spine.

FAQ

What event organizers always ask.

Recurring calendar with returning attendee data: one license across the year?

Yes. One license covers the whole recurring calendar. Each edition of a congress, each city of a franchise, each fair or awards ceremony runs under one Eventtia account. Past attendee data carries forward automatically, so a returning attendee sees a pre-filled registration form and returning-cohort logic applies. Sponsor relationships hold across editions too.

Sponsor management: how does it work?

Sponsors are a first-class object. Each sponsor gets its own profile page with logo and description, its own tiering (platinum, gold, silver, or however you set the tiers), its own visibility on the attendee app, event page, communications and on-site materials at the tier level they're paying for, and a dashboard where they configure their space. Sponsors can also register their own team under their account, and on-site lead capture flows into a sponsor-facing lead report.

Paid registration and ticketing: how does it work?

Native paid registration with tier pricing (early bird, regular, on-site), promo codes, group tickets and corporate delegations. Payment via card processors and country-specific methods where available. Refund and transfer flows configured per event. Detail on the registration page.

On-site check-in for high-volume events?

Native iOS and Android check-in app with QR codes and offline mode when venue Wi-Fi drops. Badge printing on-site. Zone access controls for VIP, sponsor lounges and paid-tier areas. Real-time attendance dashboards. Built for the moment the doors open and thousands of people arrive in the first hour.

Analytics and sponsor reporting: what do we get?

Real-time analytics during the event, post-event reports on attendance, engagement, sponsor visibility and lead capture. Open API and data export via CSV, XLS and REST API for the internal CRM. The evidence you need to renew sponsors at higher tiers next year.

Multi-format events (congresses, consumer fairs, summits) under one account?

Yes. The same account holds different event shapes in parallel. Each event configures its own attendee types, registration flows, communications and access rules. A B2B congress with paid tiers, a consumer fair with high-volume ticketing, and an awards ceremony with invitation-only guests all run under the same operational footprint without per-event contracts.

Data protection and security for the audience database?

GDPR-aligned handling. You are the data controller; Eventtia is the processor. DPA aligned with GDPR Article 28, SLA with operational commitments, security review packet. EU and US hosting available. Full export via CSV, XLS and REST API at any time. The audience database is your business asset, and it stays yours. Legal basis in the privacy policy.

Pricing for independent event organizers?

Annual licenses scale with attendee volume, event count and platform breadth. Multi-year contract structure supported. Published starting price on the pricing page; the right configuration for your calendar is a 20-minute conversation.

Implementation: how long from signature to first event?

Depends on how much customization the program needs. A standalone congress or fair can launch in a couple of days. Complex programs with sponsor program rollout, multi-city franchise setup, integrations into the CRM and payment stack take longer. The implementation team works with your events lead and IT contact through go-live.

Let's talk about your event calendar.

Whether you're running a flagship annual congress, rolling out a multi-city franchise, or bringing a portfolio of B2B and consumer events onto one platform, an Eventtia conversation starts with your event-business shape, not a generic demo.
